      Position Summary
      The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This position ensures that the organization runs efficiently and effectively, aligning operational strategies with business goals. The Operations Manager will lead Sales, Dispatch, Marketing, IT, and Production teams from multiple offices.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the staff, conducting performance reviews, developing team members, and resolving conflicts.

      Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

      Risk Management: Identify and mitigate organizational risks to ensure operational stability.

      IT Systems Oversight: Manage and oversee IT systems, including Dispatch, CRM, and Financial software, and maintain the developing process.

      Performance Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and operations.

      Compensation package:

      • Performance bonus

      What are we requiring:

      • At least ten (10) years of experience in a leadership role in the field within the manufacturing industry.

      • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

      • Strong negotiation and management abilities, with a focus on maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses.

      • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

      • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, establish credibility, be decisive, and articulate issues clearly and concisely

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

      • Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian language will be needed to collaborate with our Ukraine office.

      • Familiarity with CRM, Dispatch, and Financial Software (1C platform) is highly desirable.
